Return Policy

Our endeavor is to beat the expectations of our Clients with every TheFavoursLab (TFL) purchase that they make. However, if you do not find the product satisfactory we will gladly accept the return of all products within 7 days from receipt of the product for the following reasons: Damaged/Dead on Arrival, Manufacturing defect Product (Please refer to TFL terms and conditions).

STEPS:

STEP 1: Initiate a Return Request

  1. Fill this return form.
  2. Please upload a parcel opening video to get your return process initiated*
  3. Hit Submit.

STEP 2: Approval

Within 48 hours we will approve or reject your refund request. In case of rejection, we will email you with the specific reason for the failure of the refund process. In case of approval, we will email you your Return Id number. You can either print your return label from Canada Post website or go to nearby post office to get that printed for you.

STEP:3 Ship

Once your refund request is approved, we will give you a 7-day return window from the date of acceptance of your return request. Ship your new and unused item(s) to the following address:

Note: We want to provide a seamless experience to our clients, therefore in case of product return, return postage will be born by us.

*Product opening Video

Refund will only be honored if a video is made while opening the parcel and defect is shown in that video itself. Video made any other time after the parcel has been opened will not be considered for refund. Parcel opening video should be sent via a return form within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Conditions under which Return will not be honoured

  1. The product must be unused.
  2. Clothing must not have any stain, sweat or body odour on it.
  3. The price tags and/or paper tags should be unaltered.
  4. The product must not be washed or dry cleaned.
  5. Our Sarees are Handloom/Powerloom/Handcrafted, hence irregularities in weaves are usual, and will not be considered as defect/damage. If you have any doubt please reach out to our customer care team via the chatbot for any further information.

Cancellation of an Order?

We strive to provide the best service to our Clients. If you make any purchase by mistake, you can cancel the full order before the shipment process is initiated. We will refund the amount to the original mode of payment. However, once the shipment process is started, the product will not be eligible for cancellation. However, you can initiate a return once it is delivered to you. If cancellation is requested before the shipment of the product, the entire amount you have paid will be returned.
